The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They show that they care about my dog and make me feel at ease when I drop her off.

all the staff is amazing and make you and your pet feel welcome. They are always attentive and know/are trained well for questions and concerns.

We love the daycare services. it gives our dog some open play time and socialization with other dogs, as well as burns some energy. we also love the nail trimming services. Our dog is not a fan of nail trims but they seem to be a bit easier when she’s exhausted. Having this service is convenient.

My only frustration isn’t with dogtopia or the employees there, but with the other customers. I run in to this situation A LOT, it’s not just a one off case. It happened as recently as this morning. Customers pull in to the parking lot and don’t take in to consideration that there might be other people, who got there first, waiting to bring their dogs in. For example, this morning I pulled in and parked. There was already a car right out front so I waited to see if he was going in or not. A lady pulled in behind me and quickly jumped out of her car with her dog. She completely disregarded the two people that were there ahead of her. Since there can only be one pet in the lobby at a time, I then have to wait for her to finish, and hope no one else pulls up in the meantime.

It’s not a huge deal but it’s frustrating that other dog parents don’t have common decency.
