I appreciate the flexibility of hours for drop off and pick up. Staff is always friendly.

I do have one concern. Since my dog has been attending weekends, she has picked up a habit of nipping. I will work with her and have the promise of the staff that they will too. But if it gets worse, I may have to consider discontinuing her visits.

My dog loves going there. He is excited when he is aware we are close to the facility. Staff seem to genuinely care about him.

Love your staff; they are very responsive to the dogs . They give all their attention to the pups. Dogtopia has lots of extra’s that a lot of dog owners appreciate such as spa treatments that are hard to schedule elsewhere when owner’s work.This makes it easier.

I know this is not something that would go along with the way your payment and reservation system is. But it would be nice if you had a per diem rate for a dog owner to have more flexibility with scheduling and missing reservations without being charged.
I’m not always able to get to the daycare with my dog. My difficulty is the driving.

Being able to call in that morning and check on space availability would be better for some adult work schedules. The per diem‘s could be charged a higher rate. Thanks for your consideration [NAME REMOVED].
