There is a communication barrier as I am unable to receive text messages promptly and it is difficult for us to reach someone over the phone. It would be a little more comforting if this wasn’t an issue.

The staff are knowledgeable and engaged. The facility is well equipped and offers diverse services. In addition, the extended hours including weekends are very convenient.
