Clean! Convenient and fairly flexible for a subscription style business.
Easy to do business with. Love to be able to watch the dogs on webcam.
Staff spends significant amount cleaning up after the pups, which is definitely important but results in little personal engagement with the dogs. One staff member per room does not allow for a more desirable level of human interaction or behavior monitoring. A lot of the dogs are looking for that human interaction which is why you see them following staff around a good portion of the time,
The dogs are getting some mental stimulation, but not much physical exercise…not sure there is much you can do to change that without some physical changes to building features/space.
