The staff could give some attention to all dogs in their care. I was watching the webcam and all the lady was doing was walking around grabbing go the mop time to times to clean up. I saw my dog was following her the entire time not once she looked at him or pet him or provide any attention to the animals in her care. It would have be nice to see the staff interacting with the animals or give them some attention. When watching the videos I was a bit disappointed and feel bad for my little one so I asked my daughter to go and pick him up right away. Attention, interaction and caring to all annimals are what I am looking for in pet daycare. I hope you will train your staff or hire pet lovers for this job. Thank you

Small to medium size dogs are indoor most of the time, maybe alternate time outside more often? Also, it would be good if reception was open from 12 to 2 and you could still take in dogs at that time. Last, someone on the premises at night is a safer approach. You’ll have to figure out how not to disturb the dogs. Thanks for all you do to take care of our pups.

Easy Peasy scheduling and the welcoming nature of everyone at your facility. Friendly upbeat kind to the dogs and while my dog would rather be home with her parents she enjoys her time at Dogtopia. I don’t worry when she is safe with Dogtopia and just wish you provided overnight service that is always staffed and wish you had a daycare option for sundays as well.

They take great care of our collie. She always looks forward to staying there and comes home after a week refreshed and happy.
