Keep on top of spot accidents. I realize they happen but this past Saturday there was an awful vomit episode in the room that took awhile to clean. I just happened to view this on the webcam.

Most of the people there are very friendly and communicative. They are willing to hear out any issues and have been consistently attentive to my dog’s needs. The facility is great and the services and events provided have been extensive. I appreciate their flexibility and professionalism when it comes to any sudden change in my schedule.
