The staff is kind, polite, well trained and well informed. They go above and beyond to be there for the dogs and their pet parents.
It would be even better if there were more activities planned for the pups. And being able to see during nap time. I don’t understand why the cameras are cut during that time.

The staff is super nice. The facility is safe and clean. My dogs come home worn out. They eat dinner then go to bed for the rest of the night. Now, I can watch TV alone without them fighting for my lap. I love it.
warm greeting from all staff including the owner, shook my hand and greeted my pet happily. They let me sit and watch the meet and greet on the camera and explained all the details, showed me how to use the app to book appointments and the options for special prices on the weekly playtimes. So happy and feeling welcome, will for sure be bringing Axl back for both daycare and overnight!

We needed to leave for a week on a business trip out of the country. We had never left our 8 month old golden doodle Penny with anyone. Jason and the Fort Worth team did everything to make the trip a success. They suggested that we take our Penny to the Southlake Dogtopia for a couple of days to get into the routine, before the Fort Worth Dogtopia opened. It made the morning we dropped Penny off to be boarded go so smoothly. My son picked Penny up for us and he said said she was so happy and loved the staff. Since then, I have taken her back to stay and play for the day. She saw the staff and was so excited. The Fort Worth Dogtopia is the best place for your pups!!! Thank you all!!!
