Everything! Every employee at Dogtopia Plano does such a great job. From the front desk to the trainers. We trust that Lily has the best care when she visits. She gets excited when we drive up and can’t wait to get in the door! The facility is well kept and clean.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our dog is grieving the loss of our other dog and needs play time. They paid close attention to him and behaviors. I felt safe with him there under their care. They gave me a detailed update on how he did – needless to say, he played hard and had a great time!
