The staff were so friendly and helpful (esp sloane and charisma). We have been looking for daycare for our doggo and decided on dogtopia. We like being able to see the puppy on webcam anytime of the day, and that there is a puppy specific offering.

Everyone on staff we’ve met have been enthusiastic and have shown a wonderful interest in our puppy’s development.
Everyone was so friendly. And as I sat in the lobby area (while my Millie was doing her Meet and Greet) all the “parents” bringing in their pups seemed to be happy to be there as were their pups. When I picked up my Millie she was happy to see me but she didn’t act like she had been abandoned and I was finally back to pick her up (like she acts when I’ve left her at the groomers!)
My dogs like to play there, but I am not comfortable with the new pricing/payment policy. I work in commercial banking and will never let a vendor the authorization to pull funds from my account. Also, the customer has no autonomy with the days/amount they choose to take the dog to daycare. It is either all or nothing. Its much better letting the customer choose the amount of days and allowing them to choose what days to drop the dog off and not pay by the week regardless if you take your dog that week or not. Lack of options of prices/days is disappointing and why we wont be staying with them. Thanks.
