My Emma LOVES Dogtopia! She is a rescue who was extremely timid until she began going to our local Dogtopia. In the past few months, she has absolutely blossomed! Her whole personality has changed! The staff is wonderful. They are nurturing and always concerned about Emma’s well being. So thankful for the opening of West Frisco Dogtopia.

Staff is excellent and my pup has a great time there. They maintain a clean facility and seem to love our furry babies like we do.

From walking into the front door… the front desk personnel’s professionalism & kindness and the cleanliness. You only get 1 chance to make a first impression… they nailed it! Our tour guide was very thorough and knowledgeable. She did a great job explaining everything to us. The facility from walking in the front door and touring through the back part of the building which included the spa and dog rooms were amazingly clean.

It was easy to get in and make an appointment. My dog slept so well that night and didn’t bark as much. The employees after super nice and friendly. I was impressed of how clean it looked and smelled! No doggie scent, no cleaning agent scent, no fur anywhere….the place was immaculate! But the absolute best was being able to look on our phone and see our dog playing. It made the separation anxiety with the kids so much better when they could tune in and see what our fur baby was doing.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My dog seemed happy when I picked her up but she also took time in the lobby to say goodbye to everyone before we left.

The Team at Dogtopia [LAST NAME REMOVED] frisco always provides a safe, friendly, enriching environment for my sweet pup Mollie – it’s great to know that when I’m away at work she is having fun getting to be energetic and play with her BFF dog friends and the wonderful coaches. The monthly themed special events and photos are really fun!- and the webcams give a nice way to check in and see how much fun the dogs are having each day. Highly recommend [LAST NAME REMOVED] Frisco Dogtopia for all boarding, daycare, grooming needs!

The personal attention is great. I wish the attendant interacted and encouraged play more often. I watch on the camera and the dogs are just standing around.

I would love to board my dogs there but your prices are literally twice as expensive as most others in the area and they have overnight attendants.
