The staff is very friendly and shows great care for the dogs. The facility smells and looks very clean. This is a great place!

The staff is so patient and gentle with Freya. Julie and cat are amazing but every single person on staff is fantastic. I love how flexible the team is with my schedule. I love all the little events that they do with the dogs to keep them entertained and they seem to really care about each and every dog.

The staff seems to genuinely care about the dogs. I don’t worry about them while they’re at daycare or boarding.

Jubilee at the front desk is awesome! It feels like she genuinely cares about my dogs! I like the flexibility of half-day option. Facility is clean, and all staff encountered have been friendly. My dogs get SO excited when I tell them it’s time to go to “school”!

-add a half day payment option. We only want to commit to 2 full days a week, but might occasionally consider a half day when needed.
-we used to be able to purchase “packages” and use them as needed. We loved that option since we have a bit of an unpredictable schedule.
-I find sometimes my requested days or days I need to cancel/modify on the app are not approved or updated in your system.
-staff consistency

I think over all you guys are GREAT. Jubilee is sweet and lovely and has bent over backwards to help us with early drop offs in our time of need. We really appreciate it very much.

We LOVE Dogtopia! My dog is so happy to go and the satff are super friendly! So happy to have this resource for our puppy!
