Friendly knowledgeable staff and beneficial environment for my dog.
I like that dogs are in A/C or Heated environment with the rubber type flooring that is easy on their paws. I also appreciate the supervision and the webcams so that I can check in remotely, plus, every staff member that we have worked with has been absolutely fantastic, totally professional and very preciously cares for everyone’s furry friends.

Had my dogs going to a different daycare location, but didn’t like the “vibes.” They’re much better at Dogtopia West Frisco. Jubilee is excellent at the front desk.

Expand vision of camera in the gym. Dogs follow the care giver into areas that aren’t visible. The other room had great coverage.
The reaction of my dog when we pull into the parking lot says it all. She is beyond excited at every visit. The staff are extremely welcoming and genuinely love their work.
