The way the staff interactswith the dogs is very important.
I like when a dog has an accident on the floor a staff member stands over it and keeps the other dogs away until it’s cleaned up.
The staffing ratio appears to be good and I really enjoy having the WebCam accessibility and the activities provided.
Even though my pup is new to the program, she appeared to be very comfortable with the other dogs.
Another important aspect to me is the availability in case of an emergency because we don’t have family in town and my friends who have watched her in the past may not always be available.

Staff is very friendly and great with the dogs
The plans are difficult. I bought a 5 day pass to use if I use all my days early on my membership but I’m constantly having to monitor I it because the staff always pulls my days from my pass instead of my membership.

Facility is clean, everyone is friendly, and my boys LOVE going there!
My dog seems to happy there; the facility is clean and you require update vacinations.
