1) I would have like a phone call when you separated the dogs & when you were aware that they were not eating.
2) I would have appreciated the return of the unused food as has been done in the past.

Very happy with the nail trim service

Daphne loves coming, she whines as soon as we turn into the parking lot and pulls me in. The staff know her well and even notice when her nails are getting long. I can see her on camera having fun, and she’s boarded a few times with great care

toured 3 places and this was my favorite, very clean and friendly staff.

Friendly staff that both of my dogs like as well as they always come home tired and happy. We also love seeing them on video when we board them so we know they are having fun.

We love this place! They care about your dog. Your dog is playing most of the day. We tried Williamsburg Pet Hotel and Kennelwood who have your animal in cages most of the day and are very reluctant to allow you to see the backend operations, they also come home with kennel cough from these places. At Dogtopia you can see your dog all day long with their all day camera’s in each room. The screening process insures your dog will be playing with dogs who are safe and fun. The staff is professional and they truly care about your animal. Thank You Dogtopia for your transparency and your business model which is very needed for our area.
