What don’t I like. I like that all the team members are very friendly and welcoming. That each person greets you when you come in with a smile. That the whole team love to see my puppy when she comes in.

I like that you have different services offered. Location is also a plus and multiple locations are convenient

Personal experience is great. Would love more report cards.

My dog came for a meet and greet, and everyone was very friendly and helpful, but I was told my dog was having such a great time that I should leave him a little longer. I wasn’t expecting to leave him longer, but the young lady insisted he stay a little longer because he was having such a good time. I went and found something to do and returned 2 hours later. When I picked my dog up, they tried to charge me for his visit. What? I didn’t realize I was going to be charged for this visit. I had no intention of even leaving him there initially. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. Otherwise, the place was clean and organized and my dog had a great time.

I love the coaches and how they interact with Jax! I also like the special events and activities. Jax is exhausted when he comes home from Dogtopia. Love you all!

My dog was so happy coming home from his first play session with Dogtopia and I felt he was completely safe there and enjoyed every available minute. I love sending him there for additional exercise and mental stimulation. The staff is so kind and helpful and obviously very caring for the furry friends. 10/10 recommend.

Everyone at Dogtopia Towncenter is so welcoming and loving to all of the pups. Always wiling to help, always giving feedback AND always lavishing love and attention to all of the dogs. Highly recommend!

Baxter is always well taken care of & the staff seems genuinely to see him. They’re also very helpful to me as a human. The special days & activities are also a plus.
