Just about everything. Especially the people who work there and take care of my dog. They are so kind and loving the second part I love is the cameras keeps me from having separation anxiety! The third thing I love are the hours very flexible overall I just love Dogtopia because of the way my dog acts when she comes home. She’s very happy and very exhausted and very excited to go back!
I love every single person at the Dogtopia at town center! My dog used to be so scared to go now she gets soooo excited to go to daycare and see the wonderful humans. They love my Bally girl almost as much as I do lol so I love the peace of mind knowing she is well looked after. I bring her refrigerated food and they heat it up for her every day too which is an added bonus since she can be picky :,)

I can’t say enough about the VB Dogtopia they are wonderful! I let them know from the start that I will be opening one in Norfolk with family hopefully in May 2024 I will hate to take BB out there. Chris & Chris did our meet & greet & we felt so good about BB right from the start. It has really been a blessing to have such a great place to leave our girl. We have had to board twice now. The first time we were very nervous. Don’t know why she was so well taken care of. We are scheduled for one more boarding this year. Next year we a a long one & I feel totally comfortable with doing. All the staff is the best! I really can’t say enough! There is one more thing! Thank you all for your kindness!! Happy Holidays!!!
