It was just fine
The only concern is the size of the dogs in the small room sometimes . We do have a dachshund which makes it look a lot smaller but there’s always a few in that room that seem to need a medium room instead .
Our dogs love going to Dogtopia! Once they recognize where they are they get restless to go in to play with their friends!

Courteous staff who clearly love dogs. Clean facility. Doggie cams are awesome for owner’s peace of mind, and entertainment.
Very dog and owner focused. Lobby was clean and well kept. All staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Our dog went for a meet and greet and was having so much fun playing that he stayed for a few more hours. When we picked him up he was very happy. It was obvious that he had an active fun time as he almost dozed off on the ride home:)
We were wowed from the first call to arrange a Meet & Greet. Dogtopia staff were friendly and welcoming. Our rescue pup was new to play places, boarding, indoor group play. He also usually misses his human when he goes to work. Well, Dogtopia staff took time to get to know our pup and carefully screened him so that his transition into the play area appeared seamless. We checked in periodically, as nervous pet parents, and without fail, every time we looked in we saw staff attentive to the dogs in each room, maintaining clean and safe environments, and working to ensure all dogs were having a good time.
I especially appreciated seeing that when dogs needed a quick break from either the play group or the room, that the breaks were generally quick and casual. Staff were attuned to the pups and quickly de-escalated any situations before they could get tense. I felt relaxed just watching it. The facility is bright and inviting, clean, and well-maintained throughout the day. So far we have visited three times but we’ll gladly return knowing our pup is in such great care.
