This is a role for someone with a management and operations background who understands hard work, how to deliver and train others to provide top customer service and ensure a great environment for the dogs in our care. Individuals with proven experience in a management role working in retail, restaurant, or hospitality should consider applying. This person must love dogs – and, upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you! What a bonus!

 The primary responsibility is to help lead and develop the team to run a successful business:

  • Work closely with the general manager & franchise owner on all areas of the business
  • Train, mentor, and develop a team
  • Create and manage staffing schedules
  • Develop and manage budget and expenses
  • Fully understand the daycare and boarding model
  • Fully understand and be able to effectively explain the benefits of our services

 Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading and developing teams
  • Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
