 Job Duties

  • Speak confidently with pet parents about our services, their pup, and how Dogtopia can truly benefit a dog with socialization, education, and exercise
  • Answer incoming sales calls, handle e-mail correspondence, and filter pet parent concerns through to the General Manager as needed
  • Follow-up with leads to convert them to regular customers
  • Follow-up with customers whose attendance has lapsed, seek to understand why, and convince them to return whenever appropriate/possible
  • Regularly review & be accountable for the metrics used by the business to manage our marketing funnel
  • Regularly review & manage the Meet & Greet calendar to proactively prepare for evaluations and make sure a new customer’s paperwork is in order and ready to go
  • Be the initial engagement point of contact for businesses, residential communities, veterinarians, and other similar groups in the Tulsa area and promote our services with those organizations
  • Complete all assigned learning paths
  • Assist with any other duties needed, as directed by the GM

The Lead Coordinator is responsible for working with customers and team members to ensure our customer experience sets the highest standards and satisfaction of our customers, while ensuring each dog has the most exciting day ever!
