Even though we live almost 30 minutes from Dogtopia, and got into a closer doggy daycare, the staff especially Allyda, does such a wonderful job taking care of our dog Chip. We board him as well and don’t have to worry about him while we’re on vacation.

Staff is very friendly and always gives me an update of how my dogs day went when I pick her up. I know she’s in great hands when she is at doggie day care!

My pup knows a lot of commands including basic ones. I find that they aren’t reinforced by all coaches. I understand challenges of watching multiple dogs, who are at varying degrees of learning and training, but asking her to sit and wait before a door opens, or telling her to go to kennel when she needs to be crated versus chasing her down or grabbing her collar, are small things that have an big impact. Lastly, some of the coaches would benefit from being educated more on dog body language. If these things were contemplated, I would give a higher score.

Otherwise, the coaches are all really welcoming and warm. Whenever I have questions or concerns they listen to the feedback, and they offer suggestions. I also feel like they know us and our pup so well. It’s great being able to check in on the cameras and get feedback at the end of the day.
