Team went about above and beyond feeding my dog with alternative foods when she refused to eat the food brought for boarding. I also appreciated receiving updates even in after hours.

The hours and the interactions with the dogs. Also, the mere fact they feed the dogs 3x a day. I was made to feel at ease to leave my dog in their care.
