The staff is absolutely incredible! Caitlin, Alyssa, Bri, Romeo, off the top of my head but literally every single staff member at uptown that I have met has always greeted me and more importantly Stella with warmth. She does regularly come home having rolled in pee, and it would be amazing if the coaches could help coax her out of her shell to play with other Doggos a little more, but they honestly do so much already and it’s so hard to keep a clean playroom with 20-30 dogs running around! Yall are wonderful communicators and the photo days are so precious!!
The employees. My dog is thrilled to be there and every single employee seems to love his quirks and uniqueness
more detailed updates/recaps of the day either via text, email or in app would be nice
