The orientation of the facility and ‘the way Dogtopia’ does business really resonated with us. Meeting with Bri and Mase made us feel comfortable and welcomed. In turn, feeling Zita’s care would be in good hands. Thank you for your time, have a blessed week!

I really love how you make me feel like you’re happy to see us every time we come in. I really feel valued, and I feel like you love Bernie as much as I do. I also love that when he’s there, I can watch him trot around on your camera!

Everyone is always so friendly at drop off and pick up. Bear LOVES his time there and I can tell that the staff loves Bear.

I feel like I don’t have to worry about him when he’s at daycare. I know he’s in good hands while I go about doing whatever I want/need (or not). I also like the convenience of the grooming services. The webcam is such a hoot to peek on Merlin and his friends. Most importantly, Merlin loves going to daycare.

The staff is absolutely incredible! Caitlin, Alyssa, Bri, Romeo, off the top of my head but literally every single staff member at uptown that I have met has always greeted me and more importantly Stella with warmth. She does regularly come home having rolled in pee, and it would be amazing if the coaches could help coax her out of her shell to play with other Doggos a little more, but they honestly do so much already and it’s so hard to keep a clean playroom with 20-30 dogs running around! Yall are wonderful communicators and the photo days are so precious!!
