My dog is a 10-month-old goldendoodle who has had high social needs. Feel like I cannot meet them effectively because she loves other people and other dogs. Today was her first day. She had the meet and greet yesterday. When we arrived today. She was really excited to be there and it made it very comfortable to leave her while I am gone during the day. It gave me comfort that she would not be alone all day

I like the attention to detail like putting a sample of the material that lines the playroom so we know what it feels like to our dogs. I also like how late I can pick up my dog and it won’t count as an overnight stay.
Very well organized. I like that I can watch my dog on webcam.

The digital procedures of Dogtopia are unnecessarily too complex .
Ease of use. Professional and caring staff. Beautiful play areas. You have my dog’s best interest at heart and it shows in all you do.
I think attention to detail from the staff can be improved. Small things like having our dogs photo put up on the wall, or feedback at the end of the day go a long way.
Overall the facility is clean and our pup seems to really enjoy it.
