Friendly, accountable and responsible.

Great staff! I feel very comfortable leaving Kevin in their care. The facility is clean and I love the webcams so I can check in. The special activities and treat days are adorable and I love that you use that money to give back!

Would be good if needed to give the owners a cheat sheet of commands that your staff uses for us to practice for our babies to follow and not make it difficult for staff members.

I love the options to communicate beyond calling, like email or text. The video screens showing what is happening in the rooms is great to watch as you wait for your dog. The employees are all very pleasant and happy. I would love a report card once in a while on my dog, was he playing a lot, jumping, barking, etc? This service is not cheap, but so far, all has gone well with my dog’s care.

Extended hours, ability to board at a place he’s familiar with, emphasis on safety. Some daycares highlight how they do not use crates, but to me that is a huge negative and concerns me about how they will regain control of a potentially dangerous situation. I like how the coaches really get to know the dogs, their personalities, their besties, their “enemies,” and take proactive charge of the playroom to keep everyone safe and having fun.

The only negative is I think my dog likes you all better than me, so I have some beef there, but that’s my issue. I’ll get over it. Maybe.
