The friendliness and kindness of each member of the staff, the fact that they try to get to know my dog, the camera on the app!
I am so impressed with absolutely everything about Dogtopia Uptown, I just wish it were a little bit more budget friendly (though it is absolutely worth the value!!). All of the staff (off the top of my head, Romeo, Della, Bri, Alissa, and so many more treat my Stella like family!
I adopted Stella who had been abandoned by two prior families this past summer. She was always the sweetest, most timid girl, but she was absolutely terrified of other dogs to the point where she would cower and pee in fear if a dog barked at her from behind a fence. She didn’t have any interest in toys or chews. I knew that I needed to socialize her in a safe, friendly space where she can learn how-to-dog again. I immediately enrolled her in the unlimited plan, and the coaches have been so helpful in helping her feel safe in a room of strangers. A few months ago, Stella started playing with toys with me at home. Last week, Stella started actively playing with dogs in daycare! I really do attribute much of her success and rehabilitation to the amazing program offered!
