I love that there is a webcam where I can see and check up on my dog every now and then. The staff is always friendly and personable when I drop my dog off. They keep the facility clean and you can see the dogs are at ease around them. My dog loves it there!

Communicate very effectively, staff are very friendly- customer focused, make you feel like your dog is the only dog they care for, take accountability when an unexpected event arises at daycare (e.g. dog bite), wonderful follow up communication; love the easy of scheduling online for day care and boarding. Love Dogtopia!!!!
