Great staff and services! My dog is always happy and tired after a fun day at daycare!
Dogtopia staff members are always so pleasant and portray a great customer service attitude! But in all honesty, it’s not what I like about Dogtopia, it’s that Spencer absolutely LOVES spending time there! My wife and I joke that we should make a video of him on Dogtopia days. We turn onto Schoenherr Rd., and he begins to go bananas. We arrive in the parking lot, and he completely loses his mind as he charges for the front door and eventually makes a beeline to the entry door for playtime!
Friendly staff, nice fun atmosphere. Oh, and my pup loved his first day at daycare! I only wish they had outdoor access for the dogs.
The staff at the Utica location was so great. They took the time to explain everything and were so kind. My puppy had a great time and played so much she slept the whole night!
They were professional and were wonderful with my dogs/
Because I can drop my pet off anytime which is very convenient for me. She really likes it there.

The staff is great. I also have sent neighbors there and they love it too. My dog loves when she goes to see her friends this includes her human ones too.
There are larger dogs with small..It would be nice if smaller dogs stayed together and larger dogs together..it is a small facility so I understand..
