Very friendly staff and location

My pup attended day care at the UTICA location during a last-minute weekend getaway with my mom. Weve previously been with Dogtopia at the Kitchener location and loved it but the service at Utica totally blew us away. The facility was sparkling clean and the staff were so accomodating and friendly. The daycare room had the perfect ration of dogs to attendants and my pup had the time of his life. In addition to all this, my dog was also provided a lunch during his stay and we were given a bag of goodies at pickup. The piece of mind of knowing that my dog was safe, taken care of, and well exercises means the world.

If my dog could have me move, Utica would definitely me at the VERY top of his list. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I love that my dogs are always excited to go and get to interact with other dogs of varies sizes and breeds to be well equipped around other dogs. They always come home exhausted and sleep great!

Friendly, professional staff. My dog cannot wait to go to “school” each day to see all of her friends. She is well taken care of and genuinely loved while there. Could not ask for a better daycare.
