Friendly scheduling, professional work.
Do more group “games” with the dogs. Sometimes I’ll watch the camera feed and the person working in the room doesn’t interact with the dogs at all, but I understand they can get busy cleaning the messes.
The staff is very friendly. They seem to enjoy working at Dogtopia.
The facility is clean.

Customized attention for our Augie as he learns to acclimate with other dogs. Steven has been excellent our first two visits.

Spa days are always professionally done, haircuts, baths etc. Very pleased every time!
My dog is happy – she jumps from the car and runs to the door. She greets every member of the staff with a wagging tail. This tells you more about her experience than anything I can say
