The staff and facility are wonderful. The coaches are very engaged with the dogs and keep the rooms very clean. My dog has a blast and comes home tired and happy. Also super convenient for boarding and spa services. It eases my mind when I’m away to know that she is still getting lots of play time and affection in a place that is comfortable and familiar to her. I cannot recommend them enough.

We love Dogtopia! The staff is extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. We are always greeted with a smile at drop off and pick up and that also provides a feeling of comfort to me knowing that my puppy is there all day long while I’m at work. I have absolutely ZERO complaints and would recommend Dogtopia to everyone!

Our grooming service experience was amazing. She took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and far exceeded our expectations. You can tell a lot of pride was taken in their work.

The customer service and the creativity

Staff was friendly, prices were very reasonable, and they took special care of my dog, Nero. He is a large breed, senior and has problems with hips & back legs so can’t stand for long periods. The staff made sure to give him breaks to sit during his grooming.
And then there was the poop accident he had…after they bathed him. They were understanding and didn’t make a big deal out of it. I will definitely be bringing our other dog in for a grooming visit!

Grizzly has so much fun at Dogtopia – and we love watching him! So thankful to Julie, Steve and the entire team.
