WHAT SETS OUR DOG BOARDING APART?
Dogtopia knows you want your dog to be happy and safe so you can focus on your trip. We are different from other doggy daycares because we don’t use crates and cages to keep your dogs locked up for hours at a time. Dogs boarded at our facility enjoy up to 10 hours of open play a day with their best furry friends!
When you choose our pet boarding facility, you can be sure your dog is being cared for by a well-trained and loving team. We do not have kennel runs, instead boarding dogs enjoy the full run of our open playrooms just like daycare dogs. Our guests enjoy accommodations in comfortable home-style crates suited to their size during naptime and overnight stays. Staying in a new environment can be stressful for a dog, which is why many owners choose to board their dogs in the same room they play in. Others feel their pets would do better in a private suite to give their pup more room to stretch out at night, or if they would like to board siblings together in one place. We are able to accommodate both needs.
We encourage our customers to bring their dog’s favorite blanket, bedding or non-squeak toy to make their dog feel at home. If your dog gets homesick or suffers from separation anxiety, having something familiar will be a comfort and help to alleviate this feeling.
Maintaining their diet is also important, that’s why we recommend bringing your pup’s regular food, as a change in diet may disrupt their digestion.
WEBCAM ACCESS
When you are out of town we know you will want to check in and see how your dog is doing – that’s why we offer live webcam access so you can check in on your pup during the day using a desktop or by downloading our mobile app, available on both Apple and Android devices.
SUPERVISED SAFETY
We are dedicated to keeping your dog safe and happy. Before you book your dog’s boarding stay, please bring them to Dogtopia of South Summerlin so our caring team can conduct a personal meet and greet for your dog and determine if they are the right fit for our open-play, off-leash environment.
All dogs that stay with us must be up to date on vaccinations and be free of fleas, ticks and any contagious diseases. If you have a puppy, your puppy must be at least three months old and current on required vaccinations. We require that all dogs seven months and older are spayed or neutered.
SPA SERVICES and smelling fresh
When your dog is staying with us, why not pamper them? We offer grooming packages that can be incorporated into your dog’s boarding stay. Your pampered pup will be clean, and smelling fresh when you pick them up. You can also book separate grooming appointments.
Beyond baths, we also offer treatments such as teeth brushing, nail trimming and ear cleaning. Your dog will be both relaxed and clean after their boarding stay.
