I love that the dogs are inside all day and constantly monitored. The app is great and the video live streams are a great peace of mind. The staff is friendly and communicative, and when I had any problems or concerns, I was able to quickly reach someone by phone and email.
I love the availability and flexibility at this location. I can’t pinpoint the exact thing to do when it comes to improvement. I’m giving an 8 simply because I haven’t checked out their other services outside of day care and boarding.
