I love the availability and flexibility at this location. I can’t pinpoint the exact thing to do when it comes to improvement. I’m giving an 8 simply because I haven’t checked out their other services outside of day care and boarding.

Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Friendly and kind to customers and our dog. Our dog loves going to daycare.

We like how professional and well-trained your staff is. Everyone from the Canine coaches to the front desk staff are wonderful!

However, one suggestion is to allow half day dogs to have 4-5 hours of play without having to drop them by 8am or after 2pm. Maybe a separate half day room for them? Or move half day dogs to empty room while others being cleaned. Would be great to drop my dugs by 10am or 11am and pick up at 3pm or 4pm.

The outstanding care of my Dog. Staff very attentive and tuned in with the dogs. Facility is kept very clean. Most importantly, my dog LOVES her doggy daycare days. It’s a safe place for her to play and I never have to worry about her. She falls sound asleep on the car ride home she’s so tired from playing with her friends.

Bailey loves going to Dogtopia. He especially loves going when his favorite caretakers are there. Everyone is very nice and always greets him when he comes in.

Perhaps provide a service that gives 1:1 attention to a dog in a different room for around 20min.

Dogtopia helps my dog socialize and have better outings, meeting other dogs, when out on a walk.

Easy to drop off quickly. Like the cameras. Fun pictures for special events.
