The support and care of staff members with my Kala girl
Staff knows my dogs my dogs by name. I feel confident leaving them at a Dogtopia knowing they’ll be well taken care of. Everyone is kind and professional.
We used to go to a different location before our move and loved Dogtopia, so we are excited to come to the new location, South Summerline. The staff at Dogtopia South Summerline is amazing! We felt so welcomed. Q-TIP already loves everyone there, and we love the name of the room for tiny dogs! Toybox is such a perfect name 😀 We are already looking forward to the next daycare.

I like that the counselors have to be trained! I like the training they do with the animals during the pups daycare visits. I like the homemade treats! I like the fun activities! I like the staffs’ (this location’s flexibility). I like that the co-owner and managers are open to listening when I have concerns and/or issues and are willing to work with me to resolve them!

Friendly-almost everyone there is friendly and happy to see/my dog.
Responsive-team members are responsive to requests
Flexible-I don’t think I’ve ever been told ‘No’ which means you’re extremely flexible and customer oriented.
The service you provide isn’t inexpensive and if the above weren’t true, I’d likely discontinue but I believe you get what you pay for and so far it’s been a great investment for our pet and family.
Always professional and the staff is the best. My dog loves being groomed at Dogtopia.
