friendly staff and my dogs like going there and grooming has never disappointed.
I am very impressed with the facility and the people who work with the pups. Things are clean and safe for my dog. The employees always make an effort to greet my dog (and me) and I feel like she is well taken care of while I am away. I also like the Special Events that they do to make each dog’s day more fun.
It is so kind, warm and welcoming, and our dog comes back happy every time!

Waco Dogtopians are the BEST! They truly treat our dogs like they are their own. They create such a fun environment for them with themed activities, photo shoots, and special treats. Mr. Bojangles is so excited to go to school every day! Boarding service is amazing, too. On one occasion, we were out of town and the manager called us from home before 7 a.m. because the staff had alerted her to a possible medical issue with Mr. Bojangles (unrelated to anything Dogtopia did). She was so helpful in coordinating getting him checked out at the vet, cleared, and back to Dogtopia. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Everyone knows my dogs name. They have special days each week for our dogs. Dogtopia is always decorated special for the time of year. Dogtopia is clean. You can see your dog during the day on their app.
Boomer, our Doodle, loves to go play with his Friends! If there is any phrase that he knows it’s “ Do you want to go play with your Friends?” And once that is said there is no turning back! He is in the car ready to go! The staff is Amazing and treat Boomer like he is one of their own. We couldn’t be happier with Dogtopia!
Kind, love your jobs kind
I like that the dogs have a large space to move around and play if they want but cozy areas where they can nap if they want. I like that there is always a coach nearby to interact with and protect the dogs.
