Staff and access

Fantastic coaches and trainers at Dogtopia Warwick! Everyone really cares for my dog, during the day or when he stays over. Awesome events – I have a whole collage of pictures from over the years!

Super easy and fast drop off and pick up; friendly, knowledgeable staff that really take the time to get to know your pet and make him/her feel right at home 🙂

We love dogtopia! The staff truly cares for our dogs and they do so much fun activities and photos!

I always feel there is no communication with the dog parent about the dog or puppy. You drop them off and pick them up. It would be nice if once in awhile someone talked to you about how your dog or puppy is doing. Does he spend a lot of time in the crate? (Hope not). Is he afraid of anything?
Also, when you drop off your dog most of the time no one even acknowledges you. They just announce to the back that so and so is here. No “good morning” or whatever. Most of the time you don’t see their faces. They don’t look up, they are just behind the computer screen.

Just a thought- maybe once in awhile a Parent -Teacher night?? Or once every 4 months someone meets with you?

I know my pup is happy and well cared for i never worry while i am at work because i know he is safe

cameras got me to choose you. People that work there seem to know my pet’s name whenever she shows up. Have grooming services which make it easier on me. Offer pet classes.

I love how responsive everyone is at Dogtopia. You can tell everyone loves dogs and cares for our little members of the family.
