The staff is absolutely amazing and I know my dog is in great hands when I drop her off. My only constructive comments would be the communication process. When scheduling appointments for grooming, if they get canceled or are not accepted the only way to know is to check the app. I wish there were better communication on if the appointment is not accepted what our alternate dates that could be accommodated. A simple email would be awesome to stay connected.
They take great care of my dog and he always comes home happy and tired.

The cleanliness, the ability to login on a WebCam… But mostly the staff. The staff are amazing and make it very comfortable to leave my dog there.
My dog loves it there. The staff seem to really care about him and enjoy being with him which makes me happy. The app is easy to use for boarding. I love the camera so I can check on him. And my dog comes home tired, which is great.
