The staff is awesome. They take excellent care of the animals. I have been there since they first opened. I see a huge difference that fell through the cracks
1. Curbside is NEVER available
2. They used to return the dogs smelling nice… now they come back nasty smell
3. Walking into the doors you smell dogs immediately upon the first door. Other facilities are you don’t get that much of a smell

I do love your place mentally I just wish these would be back to when you first started

The team is friendly. They care about the animals who they care about the people.
They treat the dogs with respect and my dogs always happy to go there.
Guys are the best.

Marissa does an AMAZING job on my Golden Retriever ELLIE!! Professional and very friendly….easy to communicate with!

Very Clean and very organized. The only thing I would like to suggest is that some dogs have leash reactivity or they protect their owners, therefore everybody that brings their dogs in should respect that and wait or don’t let their dogs go to other dogs in the reception area.

Besides that I am happy with the service.

We love Dogtopia! We’ve had to board our dog a lot this summer because of weddings and events and haven’t had to worry about him at all – he always comes home happy! Pro tip is to schedule a spa day with Marissa on your dog’s last day of boarding! 🙂

I actually already have recommended Dogtopia to several friends! I love the care my pup receives there and he has so much fun with his friends there. He was able to get all his energy out and he even slept all the way home.

My dog absolutely loves going to Dogtopia. He, recently, had a nine day stay there while we were away. I loved being able to access the webcams when I missed him. I called to see how he was and they took the time to bring me up to speed on what and how he was doing. I love that he also had planned events during his vacation. He always comes home with an adorable picture of a fun day. I like that they offer the dogs special treats. It makes me feel like I’m not leaving him to go off on a fun vacation, but that I’m also sending him on his own great vacation. We also asked that he be groomed before we picked him up and he looked like a million dollars when we arrived to get him and smelled amazing. I hate spending any time away from him; especially for long periods of time, but I know that he is having an amazing time with his dog and human friends and that he’s well cared for. 🙂 I left this same message on their answering machine so that they know.
