Great people who are excited to see Jerry and know his name. The app is very convenient and we love picture days! Jerry is very social with other dogs as s result of going to Dogtopia.

Feels like a family environment. The staff are super friendly and know my dog, calling him by name as they pass by. He loves going and can’t contain his excitement in the car once we turn on the main road it is off of. Highly recommend!

Personal connection with my dog

Friendly customer service at all stages of this visit — from taking the reservation, to arrival/greeting (by Bentley), to pick-up. GREATLY appreciate Warwicks’ cooperation with my regular Springfield (Va) location in transferring records my four-legged ‘kid’ did not have to sit alone in a hotel room all day. THANK YOU, again!!

I would like to understand the programs and what is available better. I don’t know unless I ask all the questions.
I see people bringing in bowls, I assume it is for their food. How does that work?
Webcams, I have had my puppy there for 2 days now and have trouble either finding my pup or getting the webcams to show anything. Tried 3 different ways- laptop, phone and tablet. Usually just spinning circle. No views.
Finding that frustrating because I want to see how he is adapting. I know the webcams are off at noon for naps but one day it was not back on until after 3 (I thought naps were 2 hrs). Today, at 3:20 I have nothing. I checked all the rooms.
