Dogtopia is amazing!! The staff is outstanding. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and outgoing. My dog Louie has been a part of the Dogtopia family for several years now and we could not be happier. I praise their efforts to everyone I know. They go above and beyond to make their facility unlike any other with the pool parties, doggie treat days, picture days and arts and crafts. It is really exceptional how much thought and care they put into the dogs. I couldn’t feel more comfortable when I drop mine off, knowing I can trust them to love and care for him just as much as I do. They are truly a wonderful group of people and I am very grateful to them for taking such good care of my little buddy.

It takes me up to 3 weeks to get an appointment for my dogs grooming services between calls and potential call backs and then scheduling.
Also- the website should be updated. The pricing on the website is out of date as I called and was under the I
Preston my puppies first spa day was $25 and it most definitely was not. Graciously the manager accommodated the price as it was not advertised correctly but the next visit was much higher compared.
I really like the way my puppy comes home after a visit- and the staff is so sweet- but why is it so difficult to get thru and make an appointment..!??
Possibly make an appointment when I pick the puppy up from grooming services??
Staff is great and my dog loves going.
My dog Piggy is a huge fan of Dogtopia. She loves the routine, the staff, and the friends she’s made. She cries with excitement once we turn into the parking lot. Just knowing she’s happy and in such good hands makes my day.
The app makes it easy. And I love the webcam!
