Everyone is friendly. But most importantly my dog is always excited when she gets there! Most places I bring her, she watches me closely and wants to leave with me. But when we go to Dogtopia Bellevue she doesn’t even look back at me!

Convenient location and friendly staff

It is a clean dry place for my dog to spend the day and interact with other dogs. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

The staff is so friendly and caring toward my dog. Mainly, my do loves her time there!

I like your care and your customer service. Everyone that is working there seems to genuinely love what they do and it shows in the care of the animals. I have been to other dog day care providers in the area and they seem to be going through the motions. I feel special and my dog is so happy every time he is dropped off for his day at Dogtopia. I also am so happy with the attention to detail and the way you separate the larger dogs from smaller dogs. Not a lot of day cares do that and I believe it truly is the best and safest way to keep the dogs safe and happy.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff; clean facility.

We were impressed by the staff, facilities and experience we had during our meet & greet. We were also grateful for quick communication and customer service support around access to the web cam to check in on how our pup was doing during her first stay.

Truthfully, having a peek into the play rooms — to better understand the dog’s experience and enrichment– was most helpful as we’re looking for a day care fit that meets our specific pup’s needs, social style and activity level. I’m not sure that Dogtopia is the best fit for our girl as she can be a bit shy in big groups without room to really run/play. We’ll definitely be lining up a return visit to give things another “go” but our decision to move forward long-term (or not) would purely be based on her vs. our experience with Dogtopia!

Impressed with the large and very clean facility, friendliness of the staff and most of all, the care given to my pup. I feel like I found a safe place I could trust him to thrive and be the best he can be while getting the socialization and attention he needs, thank you!
