You should use Qualtrics for customer feedback instead of your current vendor. It’s the market leading product. Dogtopia services are good, the navy yard physical location leaves much to be desired and is lacking for big dogs. Prices are far too high, especially those with two dogs. Pricing is also unclear for boarding, I spent over $1600 in one month for boarding and other business are cheaper

All of the staff was very friendly to our dog and to us. We had plenty of explanations about how Dogtopia evaluates and supervises. The facility was clean. Our dog was very tired when we got him home later that day. We will certainly bring our puppy to Dogtopia in the future when we come to Washington, DC

They always receive my baby girl with so much love. Having cameras and being able to see how she’s doing puts my mind at ease. Nala loves visiting the navy yard location!

My baby has been coming here his entire 8 year life. Dogtopia has been his family and second home! I recommend to anyone! Wonderful professional staff, safe and up to date state or the art facilities and a great family atmosphere!

From what I’ve experienced so far it appears that they really care about the dogs. The app is convenient.

Staff is excellent and doggy events are super fun! I don’t have to worry about the care of my dog when with them for doggy daycare! My dog has been with the manager here for 7+ years!! We love this place!

Daycare is wonderful! My dog really enjoys her stay. The staff is very nice.

I like that the staff is both people and pet friendly. Harlee is always excited to get there. And even though she is anxious to see me leave one word of encouragement from the staff and she runs into the pet area. She has boarded twice with no problems administering her eye drops. My only disappointment is they don’t have an outside area in which to play.
