Navy Yard Reviews

I live in the neighborhood and came across Dogtopia on my way home and decided to sign my dog for grooming. The groomer was very good, sends me a picture of my pup while being groomed and the price is very reasonable. Thank you for taking care of my pup, Bentley and I look forward to seeing you all again in a few weeks.
My toy poodle came in and got groomed by Shake. Shake was so good with my dog!! She gave her an amazing cut. I told her my dog was skittish and she sent me updates along the way. I thought the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back and highly recommend if you have a poodle/doodle.
Sky loved it and she was very clean. Would definitely recommend Dogtopia.
Very good customer service very good interact with it cinnamon haircut nice
Everybody was very friendly with myself and my 5 month old puppy. It was my dogs first time getting groomed and he was definitely nervous but they took good care of him and I received multiple photos and updates which was great!
Dice second home!
The staff is always very friendly and attentive to the needs of my dog. I also like the convenience of being able to include grooming options along with boarding. It gives me one less thing to have to do separately.
The people who work there really love dogs! I think it’s so cute whenever I peep the live cam and someone is always engaging and playing with the pups! I only wish my dog was less shy and would get involved in the games… but I love how they are so patient with her, and even give her a little wipe down so she comes home smelling nice
Friendly and welcoming staff. Caring for the pets. Always happy and glad to see Winnie our dog!
Dogopia takes very good care of my dogs. Although I still need to wipe them off when I bring them home, they are not as smelly as with other places. Also, the location has a very clean smell. Also, I like that you can watch them on the videos.
My complaint is:
1) I used to take them to daycare almost every day when they were at Wagtime, but I can’t afford to do so at Dogtopia with two dogs based on their cost structure. Dogtopia is more corporate and, for example, was not flexible with pricing when I requested a discount after boarding two dogs for five days and four nights. Even 10% would have been helpful.
2) Every time I watch the dogs on the video, I just see the dogs running around all day. I have never seen structured activities.
That is why I graded a 9 instead of 10.
