Navy Yard Reviews

I wish there were balls or toys for the dogs to play with, but I understand wanting to ensure no jealousy!!
They really care about the dogs!
I wrote feedback earlier this morning and I wanted to clarify that this message was intended for a separate service in Navy Yard – District Dogs. I have had experience with Dogtopia in Baltimore and we have loved it, I recently learned that they were nearby and my dog, who is typically reserved, actually seemed to enjoy herself at this location. I noticed that the workers were nice to all dogs, gave them quality pets and showed some tricks to not encourage poor behavior (like jumping up, etc). My dog seemed to have a good time and I am looking forward to coming back in the future. This was a much different experience than we had with District Dog – I thought I was providing feedback for them and was mistaken.
Apologies for any confusion, I hope this clears things up and I want to say that your service has been great! It is the most relaxed and chill location that I’ve been to, and the dogs take notice!

Awesome place, awesome staff. Tell the tall dude I love him.
The staff is great and I like being able to watch my dogs on the webcams. The only thing that would make the experience better is having an outdoor area for the dogs to play but I understand that space is very limited in the city.
Professionalism, [LAST NAME REMOVED] and care for the dogs, and customer service.
Clean business, friendly service, they remember my dog’s name and are always hellpful
Friendly and accommodating staff
Friendly staff – my dog is tired when he gets home
