Amazing service that makes it feel like family!

We have generally been very happy with our dog’s time at Dogtopia and have no desire to move elsewhere because he seems to enjoy it and thrive from the routine and scheduled downtime. Depending on which staff members are working each day, the experience is either very smooth or very chaotic. We have not had any major issues and will continue coming back but would love to see better consistency from staff members and awareness of what is going on in the facility. The experience is typically great, however, some days it seems that some staff members are clueless and have had multiple issues of items not being returned, going home with someone else, or being lost.

Our dog comes home smelling like stale pee every time he goes. It hasn’t been this way at other day cares we’ve used. We have to wipe him down every time because the smell is so bad!
