Hello,
There have been little things where it seems like sometimes there is a lack of attention to detail. I have ignored receiving the wrong dog (twice), wrong photos of my dog, etc. because it is not a big deal. She came home with lots of scratches but I know she plays hard so I brushed it off as well. Over the weekend while she was in boarding, at some point she managed to chew and ingest pieces of the crate mat/pan? She threw up black plastic all morning. She has never had an issue at daycare because she is usually too tired to care! But, what is concerning is that no one saw her doing this? When I sent in photos today and spoke with someone the solution was to put her in a sturdier crate, but that is not necessarily my issue, it is that if she was able to do this that makes me nervous about other things. We really like y’all but this was a bit disappointing.

Friendly staff. Clean environment

The regular staff that we interact with at West Midtown Dogtopia clearly care about the pups and get to know them quite well. They’re accommodating and patient. i would like to see some upgrade on the environs, particularly to open more outdoor space opportunity.

We loved the report cards! We also looooved that the dogs didn’t come home smelling horribly (like they did from our previous daycare.) Y’all kept the floors cleaned great! We also loved that there were so many dogs and yet the workers were attentive to all situations. We will be making this our spot!
