Cameras seem to go down alot or are really slow.

My dog seemed very comfortable there his first time.

Dogtopia of midtown is hands down the best doggy daycare! My Abelle is treated with extreme love and kindness each time she attends. She is so excited when we pull up to the door she leaps out of the car and straight to them!!!!

I see an improvement in management. Appointments or scheduling of appointments are handled more reasonably now. More importantly, the webcams seem to work better now. Thank you for having friendly and professional staff. My pet eats poop. I wish there could be a way to prevent her from eating poop when she is at Dogtopia. We had to change her membership from unlimited to “social” because of this problem. I would love to change my membership to unlimited again if we can resolve or address this problem when she is at Dogtopia. Thank you.

Everyone we spoke to was excellent. The staff could not have been nicer. The facility looked great and the web cams are very much appreciated

I find the staff very friendly. My dog loves the place and get excited as soon as we pull into the driveway leading to Dogtopia.
