West Midtown Atlanta Reviews

Recently just switched from another Dogtopia location and loving my experience with Dogtopia West Midtown thus far. The staff has been extremely accommodating and loving towards my dog, just need to teach them how to put on my dog’s harness 🙂

Every time Bruno comes home from daycare he smells like stale pee and we have to give him a thorough wipe down.

The front office smells like urine a lot lately and it seems like the webcams are out a lot

Overall—we love sending our pup. The team is so friendly and you can tell that that care about the dogs and enjoy being at work—and that is the most important reason why we continue to send our puppy here.

There are some inconsistencies that could be improved: cameras don’t always work (usually not working 80% of the day), better/more upfront communication of programming—we would participate in most of them but we never know about the events.

After being a Dogtopia member for 2 years at a different location, I was a little nervous about switching locations. But the Dogtopia of West Midtown staff was so kind and my dog absolutely loved it – even from his Meet & Greet alone. Excited to attend your location!

everyone was so nice! i was so worried about my babies and they made sure they were good and kept in contact with me! my boys had so much fun and it made my heart warm! i can’t wait to be able to send them back!
