The staff are professional and loving to the dogs. My dog loves being at dogtopia, we can tell my how excited he gets every morning to go there! Plus, he comes home happy, while smelling so nice! The staff do a great job keeping the dogs entertained and disciplined. We are sad that they are closing. We feel like we have been grieving since the announcement last Saturday. Please re-open!

The Westmount team has been wonderful. The most recent announcement is disappointing and very frustrating. Dogtopia Corporate has now left many families (before March Break) without daycare or boarding. Dogtopia – this is not how to run a business. You obviously cannot manage a P&L statement and now employees are losing their jobs and families are left with no daycare. I hope you treat the Westmount employees with more respect than you treated your “valued” customers.

The level of care is priceless. I can tell the staff at Westmount truly care about my pup. Valerie in particular has been a joy to work with.

Digital report cards or notes would be awesome so we know how the day went, any friends they made or new things they were introduced to

Wonderful service, loving employees and a great atmosphere. My little friend is well taken care of and that alone allows us to have peace of mind. Fantastic service to the city!
